"My husband and I checked in early, later that afternoon the hotel rented our room to another person. Thank goodness their key did not work and we were in the room at the time. A few minutes later the desk clerk called our room to find out our name, they had no record of previously renting the room to us. Then, they did not even apologize for the mistake. I thought this was very unprofessional."
